Welcome to MACTI Academy. By accessing our website, enrolling in our training programs, or purchasing PMU supplies from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Information

This website is operated by MACTI Academy (“we,” “our,” “us”). Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refer to students, customers, or visitors.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase PMU supplies or enroll in our training programs.

  • For training courses, you must meet any state or local licensing requirements applicable in your area.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Training Programs

  • Enrollment: Course enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a required deposit.

  • Payments: All course fees must be paid in full before the course start date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must notify us in writing at least [30 days] in advance. Rescheduling may be subject to additional fees.

  • Certificates: Certificates of completion are awarded only if you meet course attendance and performance requirements.

  • Models: If training involves live models, you must comply with all safety, health, and consent requirements.

4. Supply Purchases

  • Orders: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges may apply.

  • Returns - Unopened Products: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and packaging. 

  • Returns - Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos, and replacements or store credit will be offered at our discretion.

  • ​Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A shipping deduction may be applied to the refund.

  • Shipping: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, course materials, videos, and product descriptions—is the property of MACTI Academy and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any training materials without our written permission.

  • Our brand name, logos, and product names may not be used without authorization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • All training and products are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.

  • Permanent makeup results vary depending on individual skill, skin type, and aftercare.

  • We are not responsible for outcomes of services performed by students after training.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, courses, or products.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course or product giving rise to the claim.

8. Health & Safety

By enrolling in training or purchasing products, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for complying with local health department regulations.

  • You must follow all safety protocols during procedures, including proper sanitation and use of protective equipment.

  • We are not responsible for misuse of supplies or improper application of PMU techniques.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, California.
