Return & Refunds Policy

At MACTI Academy, we value your trust and satisfaction. Because we provide both permanent makeup (PMU) training and professional supplies, our return and refund policies differ depending on whether you purchase products or enroll in courses. Please read the following carefully.

1. PMU Supplies

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all PMU supplies are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, used, or tampered with. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pigments

  • Cartridges and needles

  • Disposable tools and accessories

Eligible Returns (Unopened Products)

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Products must be in their original packaging and condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at macti.edu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the items, and all returns must include a valid return address.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A shipping deduction may apply to cover costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos for verification.

  • Replacement products or store credit will be offered at our discretion.

2. Training Courses

Payments & Deposits

  • Course fees and deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your seat and are not transferable to another person.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you cannot attend, you may request to reschedule once for a future class (subject to availability).

  • Requests must be made at least 30 days before the original course date.

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 30 days) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your payment.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the unlikely event that:

  • MACTI Academy cancels a course, in which case you may receive a full refund or transfer to a future class.

3. Processing Time

Refunds (when eligible) are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
