You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Standard shipping times within the U.S. are usually 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the USA.
International Shipping

At this time, we are not accepting international orders.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We will work with you to replace the damaged items or provide store credit at our discretion.
